- Participants are recruited from top universities in South America and represent the best employees and the brightest students that Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador and Peru have to offer.
- Being based in South America allows USE to maintain excellent relationships with the participants and universities on a personal basis, and we attend many international and exchange program fairs throughout the year.
- Prior to their travel to North America, all participants are offered an employer-specific Arrival Presentation which ensures. Seasonal staff arrive equipped for the job and with clear expectations for theirt experience abroad.
